Si Rhea Santos-de Guzman ay isang Filipino broadcast journalist, TV Host at Newscaster. Nakilala siya matapos maging parte ng GMA-7 morning show na Unang Hirit at mga ilang paghhost sa telebisyon ng mga balita at public affairs tulad ng Reporter's Notebook at Tunay na Buhay.
Siya ay ipinanganak noong Hunyo 1, 1972 at ipinanganak sa San Mateo, Rizal. Si Rhea at ang kanyang asawa na si Carlo de Guzman ay may dalawang anak. Ang mga magulang ni Rhea ay sinaTony Santos at Marilyn Santos.
Nakapagtapos is Rhea sa St. Scholastica's Academy of Marikina ng elementarya at high school. Gumraduate naman siya ng Magna Cum Laude sa St. Paul's College Quezon City na kilala na ngayon bilang St. Paul University Quezon City sa kursong AB MAss Communications.
Kamakailan naman ay masayang ibinahagi ni Rhea sa kanyang instagram na natapos niya ang 2-year diploama program sa kursong Broadcast and Online Journalism sa British Columbia Institute of Technology sa canada.
